UnrealEd Level Revised

Areas that needed attention.

The size of the map needed reducing.
Creating a centre point where bots and players always navigate to would improve the playability.
Strategic positions for weapons needed to be considered.

The second level I created covered these areas and vastly improved the game play. The concept for this map was an underground cave/volcano, which created the opportunity to more variation with the lighting via the skylight. Possible improvements would include concentrating on the bot paths a little more as well as adding extra visual interest in the outer rooms.
