Goblin Rig

This character was very difficult to rig, mainly because of the huge gut. I wanted to create as much realistic movement as possible, which required paying special attention to positioning of the bones around the wrists and shoulders to avoid tearing the geometry. To achieve realistic movement with the stomach I spent allot of time on weighting the skin correctly. I also added an extra bone in the middle with a spring modifier, then weighted the center of the stomach to it creating a stomach bounce. I created an spline controller interface for the facial movement which was linked by reaction manager to morph targets.
