Client Brief

I've been pointed in the direction of the D&AD competition category - "What else do you do?" This enables me to create a piece of animation that's differs to one's already in existence and also it can show what I’m interested in. The original ideas involved a scene based on the comic elements associated with vanity, the second was to create a scene that encapsulated the image and technicalities of a sport I participate in, AKA Thai Boxing. I've recently been looking at other short animations in circulation and found allot of silly and funny ones or dark and lonely ones, nothing really that acclaims itself to the gory horror genre. This is an area that entertains and invokes interest in me and is something that I'd enjoy creating in 3D. I have allot of extremely violent and depraved ideas floating around in my head and I want to bring them to life through animation. Main concern is what type of crazy and deranged light will this put me in? My answer: I don't care! It’s gonna be fun...
