Networking

Statement:
"The essential point in networking is human contact. Business has killed networking by making it something for the career orientated person..."

My Comments:
Wot a load of rubbish! If anything business has created a whole new area of networking based on sharing information, which link, at the limit, suppliers and customers. So how can it be killed, if business only works when networking is a vital component? Also through business, other means of communication have been developed, thus making networking easier and more diverse then ever before.
